CALIFORNIA CITY - After a string of losses on the road, the California City Whiptails did some restructuring. Seven players left the team while five others joined.

Their first home game since their home opener saw the reconfigured Whiptails fall by a score of 15 to 9 against the Wasco Reserves. Heading down the road to Adelanto on June 15 and 16, the Whiptails lost 19 to 4 and 9 to 0 against the High Desert Yardbirds.

Monday's home game was another loss to the Tucson Saguaros, with a score of 23 to 5.

Whiptails were scheduled to for another home game against the Yardbirds on Tuesday, an away game in Adelanto on Wednesday and back home against the Yardbirds on Thursday.

Friday through Sunday will see the Whiptails facing off against the Monterey Amberjacks in Monterey, before hosting the Amberjacks at Balsitis Park in a double-header on June 24 and single home town games against the Bakersfield Train Robbers on June 25 and 27.

Whiptails will finish out the month with travel to Wasco on June 28 and then hosting the Wasco Reserves at Balsitis Park on June 29 and June 30.

July 1 starts a four night series of home games, against the Yardbirds on July 1, then the Train Robbers on July 2 before two more home games against the Yardbirds on July 3 and July 4.

Hitting the road for two games, Whiptails will play the Wasco Reserves in Wasco on July 5 and the High Desert Yardbirds July 6 in Adelanto. July 7 will see Whiptails take on the Roswell Invaders before hitting the road to play the Reserves again in Wasco on July 8.

July 12 through 14 will be home games, facing the Tucson Saguaros on July 12; the High Desert Yardbirds on July 13 and the Bakersfield Train Robbers on July 14.
