So this Benjamin Yesk is a local by the name of Cletus Yesk. And if you look up his profile on Facebook he's basically a hippie who has an apparent philosophy not to harm a fly. It is inconceivable that he'd hurt someone, much less attempt to murder them. And he lives on his own way out in the middle of nowhere and frequently gets robbed. My guess is one of the local meth head Boron thieves tried to rob him and he shot in self defense. Then the Kern Sheriff / Keystone Cops arrest the victim of the crime rather than the perpetrator.
