Boron – The Boron Thrift Store in downtown Boron has everything you need to furnish a home, trailer or apartment.  The thrift store volunteers work vigorously to bring great products at a reasonable price.  Some of the items you will see as you walk in the front door include books, glassware, dishes, clothing, knick-knacks, picture frames, sheets, blankets and as you take a stroll through the store, so much more.

Mrs. Floyette Sommers is the store manager and she along with Vieata Searcy, Jean Davis, Millie Ashpaugh and other hard working volunteers will answer your questions.

Boron residents who wish to donate items to the store may do so during normal business hours which are Monday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Those wishing a receipt for their donated items will receive one if needed.  Donated items are always welcome and volunteering is easy; just contact the Boron Seniors Center or the Thrift Store at 760.762.5501.

The Boron Seniors Center Thrift Store is located adjacent to the Boron Seniors Center at 27177 Twenty Mule Team Road and is recognized as a 501 3(c) non-profit organization.
